Location & Directions: This lot is located in Tower Hill, NB, which is 15 minutes (19 kms) north of St Stephen. From St Stephen, take Rte 170 east until reaching the junction of NB-755, and then proceed left / north on NB-755 for approximately 12 kms. The lot is just past the Tower Hill Hall and is on the left / west side of the road, where there will be an LUDC for sale sign. The for sale sign is placed at the northern boundary line of this lot. You can park in the driveway of the abandoned house at 1090 NB-755, E5A 2P4, which is just south of the lot and is owned by LUDC. See the Google Maps link below.
Subdivision: This land was recently created by subdividing a larger parcel. The result of the subdivision was the creation of two new lots, this one, “Tower Hill – South Lot”, and “Tower Hill - North Lot”. These new lots have not been updated in the SNB Property Assessment Online system, and so the PID / PAN and property tax below is for the original “parent” lot. Once the subdivision registration is complete, likely in the next few weeks, this lot will receive a new, unique PID.
